Our policy exists to protect the experience of each guest and to ensure that your time here feels focused, professional, and restorative. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you into The Haven.

HAVEN ETIQUETTE
All new clients require an in-person consultation before booking a service. Because we book by appointment and recognize the uniqueness of each client, accurate scheduling cannot occur without proper assessment.
To maintain a peaceful environment:
• Please use headphones or earbuds when using mobile devices.
• Our space is reserved for scheduled clients only. Please refrain from bringing additional guests, including children.
• Clients under 18 may be accompanied by one adult.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Zelle.
Cash is not accepted.
Appointments begin at their scheduled time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee if there is sufficient time to complete the service. This fee increases by $15 in 15-minute increments. Late arrivals that prevent completion of the service will be treated as missed appointments and require full compensation prior to rescheduling.
If your stylist is more than 15 minutes late beginning your service, a $15 credit will be applied at checkout.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Rescheduling with insufficient notice incurs a $25 fee.
• Twenty-four-hour notice cancellations and no-shows are treated as missed appointments and require full payment of the scheduled service.
A 25% deposit is required for all first-time services and for services exceeding $300.
One courtesy transfer of a deposit is permitted. After that, forfeiture applies. All rescheduled or cancelled appointments remain subject to applicable fees.
Please arrive with previous styles removed and hair detangled unless otherwise scheduled.
Failure to do so may result in a take-down fee, added time if available, or cancellation if time does not permit. Additional fees may apply.
We ask that you respect the privacy of our clients and refrain from solicitation within the salon.
All appointment changes must be communicated via our online booking platform or by calling 832-NATURAL. Text messages and emails are not accepted for scheduling adjustments, as our team is focused on serving clients during business hours.
