Appointments & Booking
All services are by appointment only. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

A consultation may be required prior to booking certain services. The salon reserves the right to refuse service if booking requirements are not met.

Deposits
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
Failure to comply with cancellation or rescheduling policies may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

1. Cash payments are not accepted.

2. Individual hair results vary based on each individual’s unique huair profile - texture, density, length, haircare history, maintenance routines, and overall hair health.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be required to pay the full service amount before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may incur a late fee. If lateness prevents completion of the scheduled service, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a missed appointment.

Payments
We accept approved electronic payment methods as displayed at checkout. Cash payments may not be accepted.

All services must be paid in full at the time of service.

Service Preparation
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared according to service instructions. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

Results Disclaimer
Individual hair results vary based on texture, density, history of chemical treatments, maintenance habits, and overall hair health.

While we strive to provide professional care and guidance, The Way of Life Holistic Hair Haven does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is present that may compromise the safety of the client or stylist.
